1. Balancing ACT - looking at creating balance mentally, physically and emotionally in our lives. Delivered as 2 hour one off workshop, half-day or full-day inset.
2. Support ACT - an opportunity to explore what really matters, and how we can take steps to connect with this, even in the face of difficulty. Delivered as 4x2 hour sessions, or 2x4 hours.
3. Mindfulness Courses - a variety of experiential courses, from half-day to 8 x weekly sessions.
4. Introduction to Mindfulness - 1/2/3 hour experiential workshop, introducing you to what mindfulness is and what it isn't, alongside guided practices.
